Okay, since it isn't mobile it's easier to find out what's wrong.
Please do the following steps:
1. Load your save 2. Open the browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J) 3. Replay the scene until it crashes/freezes 4. Copy the console output 5. On the same tab as the current frozen game, go to the top bar and type "chrome://gpu" 6. On the top press "Download Report to File"
Then go to tightly.games/report and paste the console output into the "Issue" text box, and attach the about-gpu txt into the "Attachments".
Hey, tightly? I’m playing on the mobile phone browser and it works but after like 5 minutes I get kicked back to the loading screen and have to start over. Doesn’t save my progress either.
I believe a warning should appear when starting the game on web iPhone warning about this and to save often.
But basically, the iOS doesn't handle web games very well. And when doing things (like loading assets), if it ever feels like it has loaded too much stuff on that session, it force refreshes the browser tab.
This is something that only happens on iPhone/iPad and since it's a deliberate feature done by Apple, from what I was able to investigate there isn't anything I can really do about it, unfortunately.
So if you can't find another device to play on, I can only recommend saving as often as you can.

If you're playing on android, please update the game to 0.12.3, and check if it still crashes. If it does, please open the game again, go to settings and, press "Export Logs", and paste the contents of that text file here.
did you finish the goth path and then hit reset? Or did you use the Path teleporter? when talking with her, does she also keep the dark bangs, or only on that small window?
Edit: Updated the game to 0.12.2, where I believe this has been fixed (should be fixed automatically once you load the save, but if it isn't, resetting or using the path teleporter should solve it)
so like i teleported from 3 goth to breast expansion 3 and this happened mias hair just mixed. And when i talked to her the hair got fixed but visually she still has mixed hair i can check it out if you want

Pet Play Transformation however is in the game, and is a branch off of Hypnosis 2, being conducted in the Kitchen. The minigame is simple once you understand that you need to watch the tail closely.

I am also on on windows snapdragon and had the exact same thing. After some AI troubleshooting, I think I found a fix. Create a shortcut, then go to properties and add --rendering-driver vulkan to the target.
So yeah when I use the shortcut with --rendering-driver vulkan, everything works perfectly for me but when I run the original exe file I still get the get the same errorscreen from above. If I do it from the terminal I get this:

ERROR: Unable to create DisplayServer, all display drivers failed.

I think this update was pretty great but tightly please add tomboy or futanari cuz i think that would be cool OR add a cat girl branch please tightly we need this
That opens up all sorts of possibilities when it come to monster girls in general, kemonomimi or otherwise, so I'm all for it. But given the game's mostly stuck to stuff outside the sphere minus the vampire route (and to a degree lactation and pet routes), it might also be a good idea for a spinoff, sequel, or new project too.
Generally, updates should keep the saved data. However, you can always go to the Main Menu and press the settings button. There, you should have the Export/Import save options.
If I must request one thing, please give us transfem/futa options as player AND a possible chain for the game as well, It'd be something interesting and I hope I can support the game in the future!!

a continuation of shrink where she becomes a goblin? (i really like the game its really fun :3)
for some reason shrink 4 breaks the game for the browser and makes it freeze.
I just tried and was able to play through shrink 4 on web.
That being said, I did see a weird warning message on the console, and I have updated the web version to 0.12.4.
This technically should not be the cause of the game freezing, but web sometimes behaves weirdly on different devices, so please try it out.
If it's still not fixed, please go to the Settings menu and try to lower the resolution to Half (or Third) and see if it still happens.
If neither of those fixes it, please let me know what line is causing the game to freeze and what device you're playing on (pc/android/iphone)

After being able to launch it, if you try to open it (without that flag) does it fail with the same "DisplayServer" error above?
